If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, please inform us via email soyluxecandleco@outlook.com
Please include:

your nameproduct purchaseda photo and description of the faulty product.

A replacement or refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund for change of mind.

Please note our returns policy is strictly 14 days from receipt of purchase.


Shipping

As we freshly pour every candle and they need time to cure, we need 2-4 working days to do this from when we receive your order.


Australia Wide Delivery: Flat shipping rate of $12.

Free shipping on orders over $100.

Local Pickup: If you live locally and would like free pick up, you are able to do so from our studio in Mindarie just select the 'local pick up' option. We will email you when your order is ready and organise a time to collect.


All orders are carefully packed and sent out to you within 5-10 business days.


We offer a refill service: on all Soy Luxe Candle Co vessels, they must be dropped off in Mindarie, the turn around is 5-7 days.Please make sure jars are clean or a $2 cleaning fee will apply.

Care Instructions

How to get the most out of your Soy Luxe Candle Co soy candles:

To help your candle burn at its best, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges with each burn.

Do not burn your candle for less than 2 hours or more than 4 hours.

Keep wicks trimmed to 5mm.

Always trim wicks before relighting.

Only burn to 5mm of wax in the bottom of the

Excessive burning can lead to the glass becoming hot and cracking.

Avoid using in drafty areas, near open windows, air duct or fan. Gently blow out your candle, use a snuffer or place lid back on.

Safety Information: 

  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Place your candle on a flat heat resistant surface.
  • Never move a burning candle.
  • Ensure candle is extinguished, wax is solid and jar is cold before handling.
